This gym is awesome! Owner is very motivating and always willing to help or give you some new ideas to change up your workout. She loves member feedback and tries to accommodate everyone. Trying different group workouts that members have requested and is happy to let nonmembers come in and give the gym a try. Very clean and love the 24/7 access.

Love the atmosphere and convenience of this gym! Owner Jen Benson is very knowledgeable and accommodating to ensure clients goals are met. I have had 1:1 personal training sessions with Jen and she programmed a routine to achieve my personal goals. The sessions were not rushed, Jen took the time to ensure every movement was performed properly and that I understood each movement before our sessions were complete. Jen is always accomadating to any questions I have regarding health and fitness.
